About the role
n
We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect / Forward Deployed Engineer to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives using Google Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI.
n
This role combines the responsibilities of an AI Architect, Technical Consultant, and Hands-on Engineer. You will work directly with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value Agentic AI use cases and deploy production-grade AI solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Identify and shape Agentic AI opportunities across Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products and Technology sectors.
n
Design and implement multi-agent architectures using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
n
Build enterprise-grade AI applications using Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI.
n
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging BigQuery, Vector Search and enterprise knowledge sources.
n
Integrate AI agents with SAP, Salesforce, ERP platforms, databases and enterprise APIs.
n
Establish governance, security, compliance and observability frameworks for AI agents.
n
Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams to accelerate AI adoption.

Required Skills
n
n
Strong experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
n
Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise.
n
Advanced Python development skills.
n
Experience with Java, Go, or TypeScript.
n
Strong understanding of RAG, Vector Databases and AI Agent frameworks.
n
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce and custom APIs.
n
Knowledge of Kubernetes (GKE), CI/CD and cloud-native architectures.
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Experience in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.
n
Industry experience in Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail or Technology.
n
Experience deploying AI solutions at enterprise scale.
