The Head of Engineering & Delivery – ANZ will lead Minfy's regional engineering and delivery organization, driving customer success by leveraging Minfy's expertise and our strategic AWS alliance. This leader will play a critical role in scaling delivery excellence, nurturing partner-driven growth, and co-creating solutions that bring measurable value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Delivery Excellence
n

Lead delivery of transformation engagements across ANZ, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer delight.
n
Partner with AWS and other ecosystem collaborators to accelerate cloud adoption and deliver co-innovated solutions.
n
Establish governance frameworks for delivery excellence, risk management, and proactive issue resolution.
n

Engineering Leadership
n
n
Scale engineering capabilities to deliver cloud-native, AI/ML, and modernization solutions leveraging AWS platforms.
n
Champion DevOps, FinOps, Cloud Security, and automation-first delivery models.
n
Ensure engineering teams are continuously upskilled on AWS certifications, new services, and emerging partner technologies.

Alliance & Ecosystem Engagement
n
n
Act as a senior delivery representative in Minfy's AWS alliance ecosystem, ensuring alignment with joint go-to-market strategies.
n
Build strong working relationships with AWS Partner teams, solution architects,



and industry specialists to co-develop value propositions for customers.
n
Leverage the broader partner ecosystem (ISVs, SaaS providers, and service partners) to enhance solution capabilities and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
n

20+ years in technology leadership, including engineering and delivery management.
n
Proven success in leading cloud transformation programs leveraging AWS technologies.
n
Strong understanding of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and co-sell/co-delivery models.
n
Experience working with large enterprise customers in ANZ.
n
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
n
Customer-obsessed and delivery-driven.
n
Strategic thinker with hands‐on execution capabilities.
n
Collaborative leader who can bridge AWS alliance priorities with customer outcomes.
