We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team, on a casual basis.
The successful candidate must be someone who has good communication skills, a outstanding team mindset and is comfortable working in a large high volume kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with Senior Chefs regarding preparation work-flow requirements
Carry out preparation tasks with an emphasis on minimal wastage
Production of menu items in accordance with portion control standards
To work cohesively with other departments within the Club to ensure meals are produced in a timely manner
Monitor and ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained, reporting any concerns to the Executive Chef
Related qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
Proven experience as a Chef for a minimum of at least two years




Available to work approximately ***** hours per week, across a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Be reliable and punctual
