Job Description
ALH Hotels is seeking a Senior Manager Food Safety to lead strategic governance and practical oversight of food safety across our national portfolio of 350 kitchens. The role focuses on developing tailored programs that meet Australian standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, you will translate regulation into kitchen-floor realities, oversee audits, and partner with procurement for supplier assurance.
