Lead, youwill play a pivotal role in driving
coordination,alignmentand
momentum acrossa portfolio ofkeystrategic initiatives.
n
Youwillestablishand
chair the operating cadence that keeps work moving;championing a lightweight fortnightly rhythm where teams commit to achievable outcomes, reviewprogressand clear blockers. Youwillmake sure decisions land when they need to, agreed actions are completed, and reporting gives leaders an honest view of
progress,prioritiesand
risks.

Key responsibilities include
n
Establish and embed a fortnightly delivery cadence that promotes
transparency,accountabilityand
progress.
n
Facilitate governance forums, planning sessions, deliveryreviewsand stakeholder check-ins.
n
Track actions, decisions,risksand dependencies, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
n
Develop concise, insights-driven reporting for senior leaders and stakeholders.




n
Foster collaboration across teams and build alignment around shared outcomes.
n
Equip leaders with a clear, current view of progress across strategic priorities, so risks surface early and decisions land quickly.
n
Whatyou'llneed to be successful
n
We'relooking for a highly organised and influential professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing structure,focusand accountability to strategic initiatives.
n
You'llbring
n
Demonstrated experience inPMO,
governance,delivery,
program management,or a similar role.
n
Experience working within Technology, Digital or transformation environments.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
n
Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
n
Experience preparing executive
reporting,presentationsand
governance materials.
n
Excellent communication skills and the confidence
tofacilitatediscussions,
drive decisions and hold stakeholders accountable.
n
ExperiencewithMicrosoft
Office
applications,Jiraand
Confluence.
