Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Manager or Subject Matter Expert with strong Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience experience to lead an independent capability review and develop practical recommendations for a major organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BCM and Enterprise Resilience current-state and maturity assessments
n
Conduct document reviews, stakeholder interviews and workshops
n
Assess BCM frameworks, BIA methodologies, governance, crisis management and incident response
n
Evaluate integration with Enterprise Risk Management
n
Perform gap assessments against ISO ***** and relevant Australian risk and security frameworks
n
Develop BCM frameworks, resilience playbooks and supporting templates
n
Create an implementation roadmap
n




Prepare executive-level reports and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
n

About You
n
n
At least 5 years experience in BCM, Enterprise Resilience or related consulting
n
Proven experience conducting maturity assessments, independent reviews and gap analyses
n
Strong knowledge of BIA, BCM frameworks, crisis management and incident response
n
Experience with ISO *****
n
Understanding of risk management, governance and GRC
n
Australian Government or highly regulated workplace experience highly desirable
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, report writing and presentation skills
n
Able to work independently and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
n
Open to work on a 3-month contract duration
