The Position
Act as the Manager on Duty overseeing all lounge operations and ensuring service delivery runs smoothly across the shift
Serve as the primary liaison between Compass Group and the client, addressing operational needs and resolving issues promptly
Lead supervisors and team leaders by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and upholding service and presentation standards
Support the Key Account Manager with rostering, daily operational administration and stock control requirements
Manage incident escalation including guest feedback, service recovery and operational disruptions
Ensure compliance with airport safety protocols and maintain secure, efficient lounge operations




Oversee end‐of‐shift reporting including handovers, service logs and operational updates
The Person
Reliable transport preferred to ensure consistent arrival for early, late and split shifts
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining premium lounge standards
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy, demonstrating consistency in a secure airport workplace
Strong safety mindset with adherence to airport, equipment and food safety protocols
Professional presentation with a well‐groomed, tidy appearance suitable for a premium lounge setting
High‐energy team contributor with strong communication skills and a goal‐oriented approach
Calm and composed under pressure, especially during peak flight periods or service disruptions
