ABOUT THE ROLE
MBS Building Supplies is looking for a reliable team member to join our delivery driver and floor staff team in Young.
This is a combined role involving truck deliveries, floor duties and regular manual handling.
You'll need an HR truck licence and a practical approach to protected work.
The role is 40 hours per week.
Hours are 8am–5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Carry out delivery driving duties.
Assist with floor duties as part of the team.
Handle and move materials safely, including regular manual lifting.
Follow safe working procedures and road rules.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A current HR truck licence or higher.
The ability to perform the regular manual handling involved in the role safely.
A reliable approach to attendance and work.
A commitment to safe working procedures and road laws.
DESIRABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Forklift licence.
Truck licence higher than HR.
Manual car licence.
