Wellbeing Services Pty Ltd, trading as Wellbeing Chiropractic, operates within an established chiropractic practice group providing chiropractic and allied health services across multiple locations.
At its Hawthorn clinic, the practice provides chiropractic assessment and care for patients presenting with a range of musculoskeletal concerns, including back and neck conditions, postural concerns and sporting or workplace-related injuries.
The practice focuses on evidence-informed, patient-centred care supported by appropriate clinical assessment, rehabilitation advice and ongoing management.
About the Role
Wellbeing Chiropractic is seeking a qualified Chiropractor to join its Hawthorn clinic.
The successful candidate will assess patients, develop appropriate management plans and provide chiropractic care using evidence-informed clinical approaches while maintaining professional standards, accurate documentation and high-quality patient care.

Salary:
$120,000 to $140,000 per annum plus Superannuation
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and obtain relevant health and musculoskeletal histories
Perform physical, postural, spinal and musculoskeletal assessments
Evaluate clinical findings and develop appropriate chiropractic management plans
Provide chiropractic care using appropriate evidence-informed techniques based on individual patient needs and clinical findings
Manage musculoskeletal presentations involving the spine,
joints and associated soft tissues within the professional scope of chiropractic practice
Review relevant clinical and diagnostic information to support patient assessment and management
Provide advice on posture, movement, rehabilitation exercises and strategies to support ongoing care
Monitor patient progress, reassess clinical outcomes and modify management plans where appropriate
Maintain accurate clinical histories, treatment records and patient progress documentation
Communicate assessment findings, proposed care and ongoing management clearly to patients
Refer patients to other health professionals where further assessment or treatment is indicated
Maintain professional, privacy, infection-control and workplace health and safety standards
Candidate Requirements
Relevant recognised qualification in Chiropractic
Current registration as a Chiropractor with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience as a Chiropractor
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment, spinal function and chiropractic care
Sound clinical reasoning and ability to develop appropriate patient management plansAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and other healthcare practitioners
Commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centred care and professional standards
Strong clinical documentation, organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary practice environment
