This Employment Coach role is full time and based at our Mirrabooka site, supported by a team of coaches, mentors and counsellors.
You will deliver coaching to improve employability, prepare resumes, and help customers overcome barriers while working to KPIs.
We offer training and a Certificate IV in Community Services within the first year.
