About the Role:
As a Sales and Service Consultant you will be the trusted first point of contact for our members, assisting members on inbound calls, providing expert guidance, and connecting them with solutions across our trusted range of products and services.
No contact centre experience?
No problem.
This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Hours, Training and Location:
Start date
26th October
with interviews scheduled to run on
30th September
Rate of pay is $***** per hour + super + loadings
Part-time positions, 30 hours per week
4 days a week, 8 hours a day including unpaid lunch break
Supported onsite training at our Eight-Mile Plains location
Hybrid work from home – combination of onsite and at home after 3 – 6 months, based on performance.
Shift option 1: Wednesday to Saturday - Day shifts
50% loading on Saturdays
Shifts rostered between 6.30AM and *****AM
Finish times between 2:30PM and 6:00PM
Shift option 2: Wednesday to Saturday - Evening shifts
*****% loading applies to all shifts finishing after 7:30PM + 50% loading on Saturdays




Start times between 12 midday and 1:30PM
Finish times between 8:00PM and 9:30PM
What You'll Be Doing:
Chatting with members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Creating positive experiences with every interaction
Staying up to date with RACQ's products and services
About You:
Friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoy helping others
Calm under pressure and quick to bounce back from challenges
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Confident using computers and communicating clearly
Hold a minimum Year 12 High School Certificate
