Blue Care is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide holistic, community-based care across Rockhampton/Yeppoon, enhancing mobility and independence for clients with musculoskeletal conditions and chronic disease.
You will develop current treatment programs, tailor care plans, and collaborate with GPs and other health professionals to improve quality of life.
Requires AHPRA registration, and Queensland lived experience in aged care or community settings is preferred.
