About the YourEMR Program
Grampians Health (GH) and St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) are partnering to deliver Victoria's first shared Electronic Medical Record (EMR) across rural, regional and metropolitan Victoria.
The YourEMR Program is a multi-year initiative that will implement an enterprise digital platform across ambulatory, inpatient and community-based services, creating a more connected and integrated healthcare experience for patients and clinicians.
The program will bring together a multidisciplinary team to design, build and implement a contemporary EMR platform that supports safe, high-quality and patient centred care across both organisations.
Working closely with clinicians, operational staff, consumers and key stakeholders, the YourEMR team will drive operational transformation and enable greater collaboration across health services.
About the Role
The Junior Project Support Officer will provide support across the EMR program.
The role is designed to provide administrative support across several project areas, including data entry and data cleansing.
Junior Project Support Officer's will work within defined procedures to complete administrative tasks relating to:
The execution of technology readiness tasks including asset tracking, identification and testing
The review, cleansing and preparation of data deriving from different systems and processes including patient, provider and staff information
Data entry across several different systems including excel,



the Patient Administration System and the EMR
General project administration tasks including scheduling and coordinating forums, taking minutes
You will be required to work collaboratively with a number of different teams across the entire YourEMR Program
Classifications for this position will be HS1
A Bit About You
Must Have
A "can-do" attitude and an interest in learning recent things!
Working rights within Australia
Experience in providing administrative support in previous roles
The ability to work on premise at all St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne or Grampians Health facilities.
Possesses a current Victorian Drivers Licence
Nice to Have
Further education in relevant field including project management, administration or data.
