St Vincent's Care Maroochydore on Queensland's Sunshine Coast is seeking a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) to deliver person-centred care in a modern aged care community.
You will assist residents with daily living activities, respect their choices, routines and dignity, and work with a household team to create a secure, engaging home environment.
