JLL in Perth is seeking a Senior Portfolio Accountant to manage financial operations for a government portfolio.
You will be the trusted finance partner to Property Managers, ensuring accurate reporting, timely month-end closes, and compliance across assets.
Responsibilities include preparing journals, reconciliations, budgets and forecast analyses, coordinating audits, and overseeing outgoings and tax compliance in line with IFRS and GST policies.
Immediate start preferred.
