Rockmount in Bondi, NSW, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee two 2-man crews across Bondi and Little Bay.
You will stay hands-on with pump installation and repair while coordinating admin tasks such as estimating, SWMS, job packs and ITPs.
The role requires a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or Electrician with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, White Card, and safety tickets.
You will split time between two sites, traveling between locations and mentoring crew members.
