About The Role
You'll be the heart of the support we provide — working directly with NDIS participants in their homes, in our day programs, and out in the community.
It's hands‐on work that genuinely changes lives.
Some shifts you'll be helping someone prepare a meal in their SIL home.
Other shifts you'll be running an art session, going on a community outing, or supporting a school holiday day trip.
No two days are the same.
You'll work alongside a friendly, supportive team in homes and programs that are warm, welcoming, and built around what each participant wants to achieve.
We care deeply about getting this right — both for the participants we support and the people we hire.
This role combines SIL home support and day program delivery into one position.
