Crystalbrook Collection in Cairns is seeking a Groups Coordinator to support the Sales team in converting group enquiries into confirmed business across our hotels.
You will help manage the end-to-end journey from enquiry to booking and handover, collaborating across Revenue, F&B; and CSC Groups Team.
You should have experience in hotel sales, reservations, revenue or similar commercial hotel operations, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
