Wesfarmers Health is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager for the AM Shift at the Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong.
The role runs 5 AM – 1 PM, leading a team of Managers and Labour Hire to ensure protected, efficient distribution of products.
You'll report to the Operations Manager and drive KPIs, safety standards and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership in FMCG or a fast-paced setting, strong data-driven decision making, and excellent communication to guide
