Bendigo Health is seeking a Grade 2 Social Worker to join our Social Work Department, primarily supporting patients across Rehabilitation and Geriatric Subacute Services.
The role involves psychosocial assessment, intervention and advocacy to help patients and families navigate illness, recovery and discharge planning.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred care, contributing to care planning and complex discharge processes while pursuing qualified
