Design and deliver complex frontend solutions using TypeScript, React, and Angular
Evolve design systems, component libraries, and shared frontend capabilities
Help teams adopt consistent architectural patterns and engineering standards
Work across micro-frontends, shared dependencies, and application integration
Build accessibility, performance, security, and testing into delivery practices
Own technical decisions and reliable operation of developed systems
Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and technical guidance
Connect engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes
Partner with product, design, and engineering teams and guide architectural decisions
Requirements
Robust experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications with TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Angular
Comfortable working across frontend architecture, state management, scalable UI patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-based platforms
Experience with design systems, Web Components, or micro-frontend architectures would be particularly valuable
Ability to communicate with clarity, navigate ambiguity, and shape technical direction
Expertise simplifying complex customer journeys, improving quality,



and reducing duplication
Must be able to work from the office 2–3 days per week
Legally entitled to work in Australia
