Share opening and closing shifts – service hours are
6.30 am to 6.30 pm

In this role, you'll lead our
0–2 year room
, creating a warm, nurturing and engaging environment where babies and toddlers feel safe, secure and supported to learn and grow.
You'll work closely with your team and families to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care, while supporting and mentoring Educators in their practice.
About you
You will bring:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
3+ years' experience
in Early Childhood Education
Previous
Room Leader experience
Experience working with
0–2 year olds
and a genuine passion for this age group
Strong programming, planning and documentation skills
Confidence supporting, guiding and mentoring other Educators
A nurturing, responsive and child-focused approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Professionalism, confidence, energy and a great sense of teamwork
