Aveo Albany Creek Retirement Living in Brisbane's North is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality in-home nursing care across our Aveo home.
You'll provide medication assistance, social support and clinical leadership in a community-focused setting.
This permanent part time role runs Monday to Friday (7:00am-3:00pm).
You'll work with a supportive care team, maintain care plans, liaise with families and GPs, and uphold Aveo OH&S; policies to ensure resident wellbeing.
