YMCA DownsLink Group in Horsham is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to manage a caseload of residents and meet with them weekly to build a tailored support plan.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours) and in office, operating on a seven-day rolling rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
You will work as part of the Horsham Y team to promote housing stability and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have empathy, organisational skills and the ability to engage residents
