Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll be a key finance voice for one of the group's major divisions.
This is a genuine business partnering role with the autonomy to influence, and a mandate to modernise how the finance team works.

Responsibilities
Deliver monthly management and Board Pack reporting, including KPI analysis and cost centre reviews
Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle through data preparation, consolidation and variance analysis




Partner with divisional stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into transparent, consolidated insight
Provide financial analysis and actionable recommendations that support performance and strategy
Lead and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across planning and reporting systems
Skills & Experience
CA/CPA/ACCA qualified with proven experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting within a large or complex organisation
A track record of driving automation to replace manual reporting and lift efficiency
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and presents confidently to senior stakeholders
A delivery-first mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and hit the ground running
Advanced Excel; experience with ERP or planning systems highly regarded
