Lead and manage employees alongside the Managing Pharmacist
Assist with customer service queries
Coordinate staff recruitment
Coordinate staff training and development activities

Resolve staffing issues and stock discrepancies

Work in the pharmacy throughout shifts, including standing for long periods and replenishing stock
