Job Description
BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Overnight Registered Nurse to lead the night shift at Balladong Gardens in York, WA.
This full-time role runs Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-7:15am, and acts as the in office clinical lead delivering person-centred care, completing assessments, updating care plans and administering medications.
You'll respond to changes in resident health, supervise ENs and Care Partners, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with Accreditation, AN-ACC and WHS.
