Senior DMS & SharePoint Administrator
to take ownership of our enterprise SharePoint Online Document Management System and help shape the future of information governance, automation and AI readiness.

What You'll Be Doing
Administer and optimise SharePoint Online and our enterprise Document Management System
Manage site architecture, content types, metadata, permissions and governance controls
Configure and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate and Power Apps
Develop workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and compliance
Lead migration validation, data integrity and platform optimisation activities
Provide expert Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting and technical advice
Support Microsoft Purview, records management, retention and compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience administering SharePoint Online in a complex enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft 365
Permissions & Security Models
Power Automate & Power Platform
Records Management & Information Governance
Experience supporting DMS implementations, migrations and system optimisation
Ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
Qualifications/Requirements
Microsoft Purview experience
PowerShell scripting
ShareGate migration tools
Microsoft certifications
AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness experience.
