Queensland Government's Adult Community Health Service in the Cairns region is seeking a nurse to coordinate, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care for clients with complex health needs across community-based programs.
You will undertake refugee health nursing assessments for newly arrived refugees, work with families and carers, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, using interpreters and translated information when needed.
