· Supporting testing activities across FI, SCM, EAM, CRM, and IS-U, REFX modules.
· Providing functional support to the Sydney Water test automation team within my area of expertise.
· Assisting application testers across Sydney Water with SAP-related tasks and functional queries.
· Acting as the POC for testing activities during all SAP refreshes and BAU releases.
Requirements Senior level resource capable of producing and executing an OCM strategy Robust English communication in both spoken and written skill set.




Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US.
Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours Identifying potential risks and obstacles to change and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
Provide training and development material to support end users prior to and after transition In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQ's, QRG's, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations Experience with large scale multi-national IT infrastructure projects highly desired
