Job Description
Eldercare is seeking a part-time Resident Mobility Assistant to help residents move, connect and thrive. You'll support physical wellbeing, social engagement and meaningful activities, working alongside physiotherapists and wellbeing professionals to achieve reablement goals.
This role involves one-on-one support and group activities, helping residents access spaces and participate in events while building positive relationships with staff and residents alike.
Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology. Up to 8+ days of additional leave + $1,000 Professional Development allowance. Office based in Townsville, pool cars & flex
