The Role As Program Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a significant digital transformation program, working across technology and business teams to ensure successful delivery against strategic objectives.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex digital transformation program Establish and manage program governance, delivery frameworks, milestones, risks and dependencies Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and drive decisions Manage multiple workstreams, delivery teams and third-party partners Develop and maintain integrated program plans, reporting and executive-level updates Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery challenges Drive effective change across business processes, technology and ways of working Provide clear communication and reporting to steering committees and senior leadership Ensure program outcomes,
