Lotus People is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across digital, content and events. You'll lead national event marketing, content, brand, partnerships, retention and AI initiatives while managing a direct report and external partners.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive registrations and qualified leads. This 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract is based in Warriewood, Sydney's Northern Beaches with hybrid working options.
