We are looking for a proactive and passionate Safety Advisor to join our Defence business.
Based in Canberra, you will partner closely with operational leaders across Defence sites in NSW and the ACT, driving a strong safety culture and providing expert guidance on health, safety, environmental and quality performance.

Key responsibilities include: Providing expert WHS, environmental and food safety advice to operational teams Conducting risk assessments and developing safe work procedures Leading incident investigations and supporting effective corrective actions Supporting injury management and return-to-work processes Conducting site audits, inspections and compliance reviews Ensuring compliance with legislative,



client and company requirements Coaching and influencing leaders to strengthen safety capability Driving continuous improvement initiatives across safety performance About You We are looking for a safety professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing positive safety outcomes.
