They are seeking a senior back-end construction lawyer to bolster their team thanks to a very strong pipeline of interesting work.
The successful candidate will practise across disputes in the energy, transport, mining and property development sectors.
In particular: Disputes relating to time (extension of time and delay costs), variations and defects (including latent defects) arising on construction and infrastructure projects; Litigated construction disputes in Victorian Courts; Arbitrations under domestic commercial arbitration legislation in Australia.
