As a trainer, you'll share your knowledge, bring industry practice to life, and help learners deepen their expertise to make a real difference in their communities.
This role can primarily be completed online, we're looking for someone based anywhere in WA!
What you'll do As a Sessional Trainer in our team you will: Deliver the CHC***** Certificate III in Community Services and online or classroom settings.
Assess learner competencies and give constructive feedback Complete reporting and compliance tasks to a high standard Contribute positively to the genU Training team and overall student experience What you'll bring Certificate IV in Training Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent Relevent education or experience within Community Services.
Recent experience working in a community services setting.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a genuine passion for professional development and lifelong learning.
Confidence in delivering engaging face-to-face and online sessions and managing digital learning tools effectively.




Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between locations (You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Orientation Module Certificate and Working With Children Check – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
