We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Maroochydore branch team. The hours will be 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with some additional overtime work on a Saturday morning (rostered).

Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Maroochydore branch team. The hours will be 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with some additional overtime work on a Saturday morning (rostered).
In this role, you'll be a key part of a busy and supportive branch, delivering excellent customer service, handling sales enquiries, preparing quotes and managing customer orders and projects. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to provide solutions that support both customer needs and branch performance.

A typical day will involve
Providing solutions and an in-store experience that inspires our customers




Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
Responding to customer enquiries and completing follow-up calls
Building relationships with suppliers to help maintain strong margins
Supporting sales growth through great service and product knowledge
Working collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
Qualifications
You bring positive energy to the team and are motivated to grow your career and become an expert in your field.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A customer-focused mindset and a proactive attitude
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industries highly regarded, though full product training will be provided
