1. Position Objective The ICT Project Manager (Advanced AI Realisation) directs and manages the strategic planning, commercial delivery, and quality governance of Redi Software's enterprise technology solutions.
This role bridges the gap between traditional enterprise project management governance and cutting-edge artificial intelligence deployment, requiring a robust technical background to oversee complex technical architecture.
The incumbent is responsible for the foundational pillars of project management, including budget control, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, resource scheduling, milestone tracking, and on-time delivery, whilst simultaneously leading Agentic Workflow Orchestration and AI-Driven System Prototyping governance.
By effectively harmonising traditional human engineering sprints with autonomous "Mission Control" AI environments, the manager ensures that all systems are delivered on schedule, commercially viable, and strictly compliant with global web, mobile, and security standards.
2. Core Duties Detailed Responsibilities A. Traditional ICT Project Governance Delivery End-to-End Project Lifecycles : Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex enterprise applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This includes traditional resource allocation, capacity planning, sprint scheduling, backlog prioritisation, and the management of cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, and designers.
Stakeholder Vendor Management : Act as the primary conduit between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Translate complex technical milestones into clear, business-focused progress reports.
Manage external vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, software licensing, and third-party API service level agreements.
Risk Mitigation Budget Control : Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and manage issue logs.
Maintain strict oversight of project budgets, forecasting capital and operational expenditures to ensure maximum return on investment for all software initiatives.
Quality Assurance Release Management : Oversee traditional testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing.
Direct and execute deployment schedules, managing cutover plans and post-go-live support structures to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
B. Strategic ICT Management Organisational Enablement: ICT Strategy Policy Formulation : Formulate, direct, and implement overarching ICT strategies, policies, and business plans to support organisational objectives.
This includes evaluating existing system capabilities against future business needs and establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the deployment of both traditional and AI-native software solutions.
Resource Selection Infrastructure Coordination : Direct the selection, procurement, and installation of comprehensive ICT resources, ensuring seamless integration between emerging AI tools and core enterprise tech stacks (such as C# .NET, React, and SQL Server environments).
Accountable for the day-to-day operations of resourcing, prioritisation, and task coordination across technical deployments.
Quality Accreditation Security Governance : Plan, organise, direct, and control quality-accredited ICT projects.




Maintain ultimate accountability for overseeing the security of all internal and client-facing ICT systems, ensuring project deliverables strictly adhere to enterprise cybersecurity standards, data protection protocols, and industry-recognised quality management frameworks.
Change Management User Training : Direct and oversee organisational change management initiatives associated with new system rollouts.
Coordinate the provision of comprehensive user training programmes, ensuring that internal teams, stakeholders, and end-users are fully equipped to adopt and utilise newly deployed enterprise applications and autonomous systems effectively.
C. Agentic Project Governance "Mission Control" Oversight Agent Orchestration: Direct and manage the centralised agent orchestration interface ('Mission Control') within enterprise AI software to spawn, synchronise, and monitor multiple autonomous AI agents across parallel workspaces.
This requires the technical ability to set high-level system objectives for AI agents and audit their execution in real-time.
You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated outputs are seamlessly integrated into the broader project lifecycle.
Technical Artifact Log Auditing: Personally review and provide technical sign-off on agent-generated implementation plans, technical task specifications, and delivery roadmaps.
This is a critical governance step to ensure that autonomous system modifications remain aligned with the overarching project roadmap and technical requirements, and do not introduce generative anomalies ('hallucinations'), logic discrepancies, or technical debt into the production codebase.
Agentic Verification Logic QA: Direct quality assurance governance by evaluating execution logs and automated walkthrough outputs to validate that AI-implemented features meet strict technical Acceptance Criteria.
Lead and govern the iterative refinement of agentic workflows and prompts to maintain quality standards of software modules before they reach the human engineering team.
D. AI-Driven System Design Prototyping Governance Rapid Prototyping Governance Lifecycle Delivery : Lead the end-to-end design-to-delivery lifecycle using AI design tools.
Direct the translation of complex business requirements into high-fidelity technical prototypes, overseeing design-system orchestration and rapid prototyping lifecycles, significantly reducing the traditional "ideation-to-development" lead time.
Design-to-Code Direction: Manage the handoff between AI-generated design assets and engineering teams.
Provide technical governance to ensure that AI-generated UI/UX components are functionally feasible, performant, and fully compatible with existing web and mobile tech stacks.
E. Strategic ICT Analysis Infrastructure Specification Strategic Information Analysis System Architecture Direction : Conduct deep-dive analysis of organisational information needs to specify technology stacks and system architectures.




Direct the definition and integration of system "Guardrail" frameworks and validation layers to ensure AI-driven enterprise features operate within safe, predictable, and compliant operational parameters.
F. Technical Execution Data Integrity Database Schema Data Governance: Provide technical governance and oversight across live enterprise database environments, utilising query validation to ensure automated data ingestion and AI-driven processes maintain strict relational integrity, data security, and optimal system performance.
Agile Sprints: Direct sprint backlogs and operational roadmaps within Jira and Confluence platforms, decomposing strategic system objectives into granular, actionable technical deliverables.
Facilitate technical alignment across engineering teams, setting clear development priorities and ensuring developers fully understand business logic and Acceptance Criteria.
G. Global Regulatory System Compliance Multi-Platform Audit Leadership: Direct the rigorous submission and audit cycles for enterprise web-based platforms and mobile-first intelligent systems.
Oversee release management for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring strict adherence and compliance with Australian and international privacy laws (Privacy Act/APP, GDPR), data sovereignty requirements, and evolving AI safety and governance frameworks.
3. Mandatory Selection Criteria Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or higher qualification) in Management Information Systems (MIS), IT Project Management, Computer Science, or a closely related ICT discipline.
This is an essential requirement for managing the complex information flows and organisational logic inherent in this role.
Professional Experience · Diverse Commercial Project Delivery: Demonstrated commercial experience (minimum 1–2+ years) managing and successfully delivering complex ICT projects across modern business environments within Australia (or comparable corporate markets).
Proven adaptability to tailor project delivery methodologies to suit both high-velocity technology ventures and complex enterprise corporate architectures.
· Strong Technical Background: Proven ability to engage with software architecture, database logic, and integrations.
Demonstrated competency in auditing technical outputs and directing engineering teams on implementation logic.
· Proven Commercial AI Mastery: A proven track record and extensive experience in AI for agentic orchestration; must demonstrate the skilled ability to manage autonomous workspaces and audit AI implementation logs.
· Proven AI Design Proficiency: Demonstrated track record utilising AI prototyping and design systems to direct rapid system prototyping and UI/UX governance for web and mobile applications.
Technical Methodological Skills Technical Sprint Leadership: Demonstrated proficiency utilising enterprise tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for agile backlog management and sprint leadership in a high-velocity software environment.
Data Validation: Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for data validation, schema governance and database auditing.
Methodology: Comprehensive working knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and structured project delivery frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2).
Compliance: Practical experience directing application security audits, data privacy standards (APP/GDPR), and mobile app release cycles.
