About the role Position: Baker Employment Type: Full time Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 plus super Location: Kincumber, NSW Bakers Delight Kincumber is seeking an experienced and motivated Baker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes.
Monitor dough quality throughout the production process.
Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Monitor stock levels and minimise product waste.
Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production requirements.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas.




Requirements Applicants should demonstrate: Minimum one (1) year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.
Relevant baking qualification (Certificate III in Baking or equivalent) is highly regarded.
Experience working in a commercial bakery environment.
Strong knowledge of bread production techniques.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Requirements AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification OR minimum 3–5 years' relevant commercial baking experience At least 2 years' post-qualification or equivalent industry experience Proven experience in artisan and commercial bread production Strong understanding of dough fermentation, baking processes, and quality control Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and under pressure Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
