THE resources HUB is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant for a Perth-based machinery and equipment business.
Supporting the parts and warehouse team, you'll help ensure customers and dealerships receive the parts they need to keep their equipment working.
The usual working hours are 8am - 5 pm, but hours are negotiable, with flexibility to discuss an arrangement that works for you.
A Day in the Role Will See You Picking parts orders accurately and preparing them for dispatch.
Packing freight securely to protect parts during transport.
Coordinating dispatch paperwork and freight arrangements.
Supporting incoming goods, stock transfers and parts distribution.
Putting stock away correctly and keeping parts easy to locate.
Updating inventory records and assisting with rolling stocktakes.
Helping the parts team manage back orders and changing priorities.
Keeping customers and colleagues informed about order progress.
Completing relevant paperwork and liaising with administration.
Maintaining a tidy warehouse and following secure work practices.
Your Application Will Stand Out If You Have Warehouse experience,



ideally involving parts supply or distribution.
A current forklift licence - High Risk Work Licence class LF.
A current driver's licence.
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with machinery and equipment parts.
Strong attention to detail when picking orders and recording stock.
Good organisation and the ability to respond to changing priorities.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and stock or business systems.
A helpful approach, clear communication and the ability to work independently and within a team.
