Lead JCA's fundraising function, setting the strategy, driving revenue growth and building meaningful relationships with donors and partners.
Connect the needs of the community with services across aged and community care, engagement, culture and outreach, history and holocaust, Jewish education and security and advocacy.
Full-time, based in Sydney.
Impact of the organisation Jewish Communal Appeal (JCA) plays a central role in supporting and strengthening Jewish life across NSW and the ACT.
Through funding 24 partner organisations, it helps sustain the services, programs and infrastructure the community relies on, spanning education, welfare, aged care, health, disability, security, advocacy and culture.

Its reach extends across all stages of life, helping people access essential care and support, strengthening education and community connection, and contributing to the safety and wellbeing of the wider community.
For almost 60 years, JCA has helped build a strong and connected Jewish community, ensuring the organisations at its heart have the resources to respond to today's needs while investing in the services, support and community infrastructure that will be relied on for generations to come.
