Senior Process Engineer At a Glance As a Senior Process Engineer, based at our MoRDC facility in Western Sydney, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence within a highly automated warehouse setting.
This is a high-visibility leadership role, requiring strong influence across Toyota Automated Logistics teams and customer teams, as well as confident communication with senior stakeholders.
Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customer teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance the performance, reliability, and stability of one of our most advanced automation systems.




As we continue the journey to fully implement Toyota Production System mindsets and ways of working, your ability to coach others, build capability, and apply structured improvement frameworks will be highly valued.
Your Impact Build deep technical expertise in the ASRS system, including its equipment, controls, software interactions, and operational performance.
Analyse operational data and system performance to identify opportunities that improve throughput, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification through to implementation, verification, and sustainment.
Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customer teams to eliminate recurring losses, optimise site performance, and build alignment across Toyota Automated Logistics and customer stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities aligned to operational priorities and long-term site objectives.
