The Opportunity We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Medical Imaging, joining our established Healthcare team.
Importantly, this isn't a cold start desk.
You'll inherit a warm market with existing clients to leverage, active healthcare relationships and a strong candidate database to support your success from day one.

You'll recruit across Medical Imaging, building relationships with professionals including Radiographers, Sonographers, Radiation Therapists and other Medical Imaging specialists.
Backed by government panel agreements, established healthcare clients, experienced leadership and a high performing wider team, you'll have everything you need to develop the desk into a significant specialist market for Limelight.
What You'll Be Doing Building and managing a strong pipeline of Medical Imaging professionals Leveraging existing clients while developing recent relationships Managing temporary, locum and permanent recruitment opportunities Proactively sourcing,



qualifying and engaging candidates Managing the recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement Collaborating with our wider Healthcare team to maximise opportunities What We're Looking For Ideally, you'll bring recruitment agency experience within Medical Imaging or Allied Health, although we're open to experienced recruiters looking to move into a specialist healthcare market.
You'll be commercially minded, relationship-driven and confident developing both candidate and client relationships.
Most importantly, you'll have the drive to take ownership of an established desk and turn its potential into results.
