Our Client is searching for an experienced Forklift Driver who also holds a current MC Truck Licence for an immediate start.
The position will involve a combination of forklift duties, truck driving and general yard/warehouse work, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable getting hands-on and helping wherever required.
Shift details: Monday to Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm Additional overtime may be available as required Immediate start The successful candidate will need to: Hold a valid Forklift Licence Hold a current and valid MC Truck Licence Have a good understanding of Dangerous Goods (DG)



requirements Have an understanding of Mass Management and load compliance Be confident operating a forklift in a busy working environment Be comfortable driving an MC vehicle when required Be willing to get their hands dirty and assist with general yard duties Be experienced and confident using straps, ratchets, angles and other load restraint equipment to safely secure loads Have a robust focus on safety and following correct load restraint procedures Be reliable, punctual and flexible with the possibility of overtime This role would suit someone who is happy to be hands-on rather than just sitting behind the wheel or operating a forklift.
We need someone who is prepared to jump in, assist with loading/unloading, secure loads correctly and help keep things moving throughout the shift.
