Responsibilities may include: Clinical pharmacy services across inpatient wards Dispensary support and/or ward-based clinical care (depending on experience) Rotations across general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology Ward rounds and medication reviews Discharge counselling and medication education What You'll Need Current AHPRA registration Hospital experience essential Ability to complete onboarding requirements, including: National Police Check NT Working With Children Card Vaccine Preventable Disease Immunity Certification (Category B) Ready to swap winter for sunshine?
