What you will be doing: Assisting with the production, packing, and preparation of bakery products Monitoring product quality and reporting any defects or inconsistencies Following food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures at all times Operating production equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures Packing, labelling, and palletising finished products Maintaining accurate production records as required Supporting general cleaning and housekeeping activities to ensure a secure work environment Working collaboratively with production team members to meet daily production targets What we're looking for: A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and food safety practices Previous experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, or production environment (highly regarded)



Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and a focus on quality Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift availability Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production setting Availability to work flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday, including weekends as required (On call) Shifts available across Day, afternoons and night shifts.
