In the role you will: Coordinate delivery planning, sequencing and tracking across multiple technology squads and workstreams.
Maintain a consolidated view of delivery progress, risks and dependencies across the portfolio.
Support prioritisation decisions by providing visibility of team capacity, dependencies, requirements readiness and delivery risks.
Partner with Business Analysis, Quality Assurance and Release functions to support successful delivery outcomes.
Help translate business requirements into realistic delivery plans that align with team capacity and business priorities.
Monitor defects, production incidents and delivery risks,

driving corrective actions and escalating issues where required.
Coordinate delivery reporting, forecasting and governance activities across the technology function.
Provide stakeholders with clear updates on delivery progress, risks, decisions and trade-offs.
Support the adoption of AI and automation tools that improve delivery efficiency and team productivity.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery predictability, quality and team collaboration.
Ideally you will have: 5+ years' experience in a delivery, program, project or technology coordination role.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple squads, workstreams or technology teams.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, requirements management and release governance.
Experience improving delivery outcomes through effective planning, reporting, risk management and dependency tracking.
The ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct management authority.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with or alongside business analysis, software engineering, data engineering or QA teams.
A structured and organised approach to planning, governance and stakeholder communication.
An interest in AI, automation and modern delivery practices that improve efficiency and quality.
Whilst we look for experience, we also look for people who share the same beliefs as our organisation – we are UNITED, POSITIVE, INCLUSIVE DISCIPLINED.
Should you meet most of the criteria and share our beliefs, please apply.
The NRL is a child-safe organisation committed to providing a safe place for all children to learn and have fun.
We have strong recruitment procedures to make sure the safest and most suitable people work with us and require all applicants to undergo an extensive screening process prior to appointment, a process that will include, but is not limited to comprehensive reference checks, an identity check, "Working with Children" checks and/or national criminal history checks.
