About the Role As a Moneycare Financial Counsellor, you will deliver high-quality financial counselling and casework services to individuals experiencing financial hardship or those seeking to prevent financial difficulties before they arise.
You'll work collaboratively with community members to develop personalised action plans, provide advocacy with creditors and service providers, access community supports, and help people build the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed financial decisions.
