About the Role The Operations Coordinator APAC plays a key role in supporting and coordinating operational activities across the region, ensuring effective collaboration between teams, efficient resource management, and the successful delivery of business objectives.
The role combines operational coordination, field support, and people leadership, requiring a proactive individual who can effectively support field operations, manage resources, and provide leadership to technical personnel across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate operational activities across the APAC region.
Plan, schedule, and allocate operational resources to meet business requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of operational priorities.
Monitor and maintain operational records, reporting requirements, and performance metrics.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.




Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Provide leadership and management of assigned technical and operational personnel, including workforce planning, performance management, coaching, and development.
Ensure facilities and field operations are appropriately resourced and supported to meet business and customer requirements.
Assess operational requirements and exercise sound judgment in determining the most effective response, including travel and in office engagement when necessary.
Support the resolution of operational issues through direct engagement with stakeholders, field teams, customers, and site personnel as required.
Travel within the region as required to support operational objectives, business priorities, and customer needs.
Education Qualifications High school completion (Year 12) or equivalent.
Relevant Certificate III/IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Logistics, Operations or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Certifications The following are desirable but not mandatory: Current Australian Driver's Licence.
White Card.




First Aid/CPR certification.
Relevant WHS/OHS training (e.g. S123, BSBWHS411 or BSBWHS414).
Experience Skills 2–4 years' experience in operations, administration, coordination, logistics or a similar role.
Experience managing direct reports.
Experience coordinating schedules, documentation, suppliers, customers and/or internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Knowledge of APAC operations and business processes will be advantageous.
