THE ROLE
The Studio Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of work through the Creative studio, ensuring production activities are planned, prioritised and delivered efficiently.
Acting as the central coordination point, the role triages incoming briefs, allocates work across designers and videographers, and coordinates external suppliers to support timely and high-quality delivery.
The position works closely with program and project teams to organise filming logistics, including site access, permits and drone approvals, and ensures all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary documentation such as call sheets and run sheets for priority productions.
The role also monitors production workflows to ensure approvals are completed in the correct sequence and provides on-the-ground coordination support during shoots where required.
As a critical enabler of the creative team's effectiveness, the Studio Production Coordinator helps ensure the studio operates as a responsive and well-organised engine supporting the broader Communications and Engagement function.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
* Studio workflow coordination: Triage incoming briefs, prioritise workloads across designers and videographers, and monitor studio traffic to ensure timely delivery.




* Production planning and logistics: Coordinate filming and production requirements, including site access, permits, drone approvals and scheduling of internal and external resources.
* Supplier and stakeholder coordination: Brief and liaise with external suppliers and work closely with program and project teams to support production needs.
